HEP TX Celebrates Over 27 Years Of Service To The Houston Homeschool Community!
Home Education Partnership of Texas, Inc. is “a partnership between homeschooling families and educational opportunities.”
Our hybrid homeschool support program has been on a mission since 1997 to enhance and strengthen home education opportunities in the Friendswood, Pearland, and surrounding communities. Today, HEPTX is a leader in providing academic and elective classes for Houston area home school families. Our Degreed instructors provide quality instruction under the direction of our Principal and Owner, Joanne E. Juren, M.Ed., winner of the 2002 Calvert School’s “Best Homeschool Pioneer” Award and 2015 inductee into the Texas Home School Hall of Fame (Texas Home Educators). Our classes and activities support a Biblical Judeo/Christian worldview. We believe all children should be taught to love and honor God and make a difference in the world with their special, God-given abilities.

OUR
ACADEMICS
The HEPTX program combines a Classical School and college preparatory University Model Program adapted to the elementary, middle, and senior high levels – often referred to as a hybrid program. Most classes meet once a week or twice a week. Parents and students choose the classes they need. Professional teachers, teaching in their areas of expertise, conduct the classroom instruction and grade their papers. Students spend alternate days at home where parents continue their instruction or monitor student progress.
